Thursday - Jesus Reveals Himself to Mary Magdalen

Good Morning Children of Mary,

Today is Thursday the second week after Easter and we will again in our mind travel back to when Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalen.

"Jesus saith to her: 'Mary!' She turning, saith to Him: 'Rabboni!' which is to say 'Master.' Jesus saith to her: 'Do not touch me, for I am not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brethren and say to them: I ascend to my Father and to your Father, to my God and to your God'" (John 20, 16-17).

Let us Pray: 

Oh, my Jesus, speak to my heart, as Thou didst speak to Magdalen: say but one word to me and a light shall flood my soul. I will recognize Thee, my beloved Master, and my soul will be inundated with heavenly transports. Thou wilt give me the peace that no one else can give. With the happy Magdalen prostrate at Thy feet, I adore Thee as my Saviour and my God, and pledge to Thee my love anew. Strengthened by Thy grace, I will make the souls redeemed by the Precious Blood participants in the heavenly treasures wherewith Thou hast replenished my soul that they, too, may know Thee and praise Thee for all eternity.
